Primary Teaching Assistant - PRU

We are recruiting for a PRU Primary Teaching Assistant in Bolton!

Are you a natural at engaging & motivating children while setting clear boundaries?

Pay - Up to £100/day DOE. 35 hours per week. Paid PAYE via Tradewind. Equal pay to perm staff in same role from 13th week onwards.

• Primary Pupil Referral Unit in Bolton for pupils aged 4-11.
• All students have an EHCP for Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) and some with associated needs such as Autism, ADHD and SpLD.
• Most students working at lower levels than expected for their age.
• Class sizes of no more than 8 pupils including TA support.

• Have an enhanced DBS certificate that is on the Update Service (or be happy to pay for a new one).
• Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable).
• Minimum of two professional references checks.
• Provide a CV with full education & work.
• Have the legal right to work in the UK.
• Some experience supporting children with challenging behaviours.
