Warehouse Operative

ARNE is a direct to consumer, apparel and footwear brand/retailer based in Birchwood Park near Warrington, UK. We design and develop our products in the UK, manufacture in the near & far east and then ship directly to our customers, with ARNECLO.com ecommerce store as our only sales channel.

We have ambitious objectives over the next decade with the team believing all targets are achievable through new product category launches in shoes and womenswear alongside the creation of paid media, CRM activity and further international growth to amplify the great product / brand assets we have already created.

Reporting to our Inbound/Outbound manager, you’ll be responsible for the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of our goods as part of our operational team in our eCommerce Distribution Centre.

This is a temporary position.

• Picking and packing customer orders using warehouse management systems
• Processing stock in an accurate manner using the appropriate methods
• Checking returned items for damage or missing items
• Have a systematic eye for detail to carry out precise and efficient work
• Motivated to hit KPI targets set by managers
• Working as part of a busy team
• Confident with lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for 7.5 hours a day
• Communicating with Managers to ensure the shift runs to a high standard
• Understanding of the importance of Health and Safety standards
• Ensuring work areas are well organised, clean, and tidy
• Any other ad hoc duties as required

• Experience using a Forklift/Reach Truck would be desirable, due to some roles requiring this. A licence isn’t essential as we can arrange training

• Our Colleagues work between the hours of 06:00 - 23:30 shift pattern rotation. (This involves weekend work, usually a Sunday).
• Overtime may be on offer when required.
