Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Bristol / Devon

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced commercial disputes Solicitor to join a dynamic and innovative dispute resolution team. This role offers a blend of office-based work in Bristol or Devon (with a minimum of two days in the office) and remote working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing complex commercial debt recovery and defending consumer claims, including cases of miss-selling, faulty goods/services, personal injury, property damage, and accessibility/discrimination.
• Handling a variety of claims including small claims, fast track, intermediate track, and multi-track claims.
• Preparing legal documents such as defences, witness statements, consent orders, and applications for summary judgment.
• Supervising and providing technical guidance to a team of paralegals.
• Collaborating with legal project managers, technologists, and the wider firm's Dispute Resolution team to deliver high-quality legal services.
• Supporting new client onboarding and workstream integration.

Key Requirements:

• UK-qualified solicitor with at least 2 years of experience in commercial litigation, property disputes, insurance, or similar.
• Experience in supervising and developing junior team members.
• A strong understanding of high-volume commercial disputes, particularly in the areas of debt recovery and consumer claims.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
