Technical Business Analyst

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the global organisation to identify requirements, analyse challenges and opportunities, and contribute to the business integration and migration to a new suite of cutting-edge, fully integrated platforms as part of an exciting Digital Transformation program.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes relating to finance and operations
- Gather high-quality business and technical requirements, focusing on migration to new global processes and adoption of integrated platforms
- Translate business & user requirements into technical specifications and functional requirements
- Assist with data analysis to support business decision making
- Conduct system testing to ensure requirements have been met
- Identify user training and support requirements
- Create and present reports to technical and non-technical team members
- Undertake Project Management duties as needed
- Other duties as required of the project.
What will help you succeed in this role? :
Essential- Familiarity with business process modelling, workflow design, and form automation.
- Experience with process modelling tools such as Visio
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills , with a passion for user experience.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and translate non-technical ideas into IT solutions.
- Experience in end-to-end change management, from understanding customer needs to testing, implementation, and communication.
- Experience collaborating with international teams and stakeholders
- Experience in quality assurance, testing, and project management.
- Experience with finance systems such as 3e, Blackline, Esker, HighRadius
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Analysis or related field.
- Experience in the legal industry is a plus.
