Full time hours on a temporary basis- Role Purpose: Manage capital programme and budgets for corporate buildings and land.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise Head of Estate & Facilities Management on objectives, policy, and strategy.
- Support and deliver estate and facilities management strategic framework.
- Contribute to council-wide initiatives by implementing priorities and objectives.
- Develop and manage operational teams, coordinating the overall approach.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders and internal partners to ensure high-quality services.
