Behaviour Support Worker - Lancaster
Prospero Teaching are looking for a calm and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to support pupils in an excellent secondary school near Lancaster.
You will be working with students in small groups or on a 1-2-1 basis. This is to support pupils who have been taken out of mainstream lessons due to challenging behaviour.
You don't necessarily need to have school-based experience, sports graduates, sports coaches, youth workers and care workers are also welcome to apply also. We are seeking passionate individuals that have a desire for supporting children with challenging behaviour that may have experienced early life trauma.
Position Details:- Location: Lancaster
- Position - Behaviour Support Worker
- Hours: 8:30am-4pm (during term time)
- Minimum rate of pay- £100 per day (dependant on experience)
- Type of work- Temporary
- Full time/part time - full time only
- Start date- ASAP
- End date- Ongoing
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional references
