Job Description- Manage the company's payroll system and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payroll transactions.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and irregularities.
- Prepare and submit paperwork for new employees.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll and benefit queries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Compile reports on payroll matters.
- Administer benefit plans.
- Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- A solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices.
- Experience using ADP software is desirable.
- An excellent ability to handle numerical data.
- Strong communication skills to resolve payroll and benefit queries.
