Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Engage in crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care.
  • Participate in and facilitate recreational activities tailored to the children’s interests, such as cinema visits, swimming, and sports.
  • Ensure the highest quality residential care is consistently provided.
  • Support the personal development and well-being of each child.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Level 3/4 qualification in Residential Childcare.
  • Proven experience working in Children’s Residential Care.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Applicants must be over 21 years of age due to industry regulations.
