Salary: Ark Leadership L11-L15 (£74,304.00 – £80,877.00)
Contract: Permanent, full-time

The opportunity:
We are seeking to appoint a driven and passionate Assistant Principal to lead the Science faculty and to ensure transformation pupil outcomes are achieved.
The Assistant Principal for Science will oversee the provision for KS3, KS4 & KS5 and work closely with the rest of the Strategic Leadership Team. This role will involve the line management of Subject Leader to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
As a member of the academy’s Strategic Leadership Team, the successful candidate will contribute towards the whole school Academy Improvement Plan. There will also be scope for the appointed Assistant Principal to take on a whole academy responsibility based on their experience, skills and interests.
