I am recruiting a Nursing Home / Care Home Deputy Manager on behalf of a leading care provider in Lowestoft. To be considered for this Nursing Home / Care Home Deputy Manager role you must have previous deputy experience, be nurse qualified and come from a nursing home or similar background.

In return the client will offer you an amazing salary of £55k per annum + benefits!

Roles and responsibilities:

• As a Nursing Home / Care Home Deputy Manager you will work alongside the home manager to assist in the day to day running off the home
• Oversee the delivery of the high calibre care that is being given
• Ensure all residents in the home receive the highest standard of care
• Provide staff management, support and development
• Step in for the manager in their absence and take on delegated responsibilities.
• Responsible for reporting incidents or concerns related to safeguarding adults to the safeguard team

Essentials skills and qualifications:

• Deputy Manager experience in a Nursing Home / Care Home.
• Good working knowledge of CQC standards.
• Be able to build and maintain positive working relationships with the residents, external healthcare professionals, family members, visitors and the staff within the home.
• NMC Registered Nurse
