About Our Client

My client are a private equity backed, services business who have experienced a large amount of growth over the past couple of years and have just embarked on a period of further growth, which will include future acquisitions.

• Ownership of the month-end accounts for your area
• Standardising month end reporting and anticipating any queries the wider team may team
• Transforming existing processes such as balance sheet reconciliations so they run more efficiently
• Assisting with the development of the Assistant Accountants
• Taking a lead on transforming processes and procedures, with attention to detail to relevant accounting standards
• Ad hoc duties expect of a Management Accountant

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified
• This role will suit someone newly qualified from Practice or Industry looking for their next career move
• Strong attention to detail
• strong Excel, analytical and communications skills
• Track record of contributing to a continuous improvement culture and the ability to challenge existing processes and methodologies
• Ability to collaborate with different colleagues and external stakeholders
