This role is an excellent opportunity for you to move into a role of responsibility for several areas at a divisional level and manage a group of employees.

As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

• Inspire and Lead a team of 10 Field Sales Consultants across a diverse territory
• Grow the business and drive revenue through account management, customer retention and acquisition.
• Hit targets and ensure your team are too!
• Create and deliver a clear business plan.
• Analyse and improve your team's performance.

The client is looking for:

• Proven experience in management and sales driving
• String sales skills
• Ability to work under pressure and have a great attitude towards doing so.
• Have a Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent IT skills
