**This position is open to staff working at the Trust in the ‘ECT Family’ this includes current East Cheshire NHS Trust employees, both NHSP and ECT bank staff, ISS staff and volunteers at the Trust. Unfortunately, we cannot accept applications from applicants not listed within these groups.**
We have an opportunity to recruit to a management secretary within the Planned Care, Allied Health and Clinical Support Services Directorate at East Cheshire Trust.
The responsibilities of the role would be to provide secretarial support to the senior management team. This will require meeting facilitation, diary management and other administration duties.
You must have excellent organisational skills, be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You should also be able to remain calm in a high pressured situation and have the ability to prioritise tasks whilst having an eye for detail.You should have a good standard of education and sound IT knowledge with competency in Microsoft Office packages being essential.
Hours per week: 37.5

Main duties of the job
The post holder will work as part of the team working in support of the whole Directorate management team of East Cheshire NHS Trust the post holder will provide an efficient and effective secretarial support service to the management team.

Essential criteria- RSA level 1/11
- English to “O” level grade A-C/ CSE grade 1/ GCSE grade A-C
- Working towards NVQ in Administration
