Network incident diagnostics/ resolutionNetwork change implementation via requests made via ITSM
Form part of the on-call rota
Cisco ACI software defined networks (multi-site & multi-pod)
Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP)
