Accounts Assistant

We are delighted to be working with an exciting company based in Abingdon that are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join the team! In this role you will be supporting the wider finance team, this will suit someone with previous experience that is looking to continue developing - offering up to £32,000 + Study Support.

Key responsibilities:

• Processing accounts payable invoices, supplier statements and queries
• Liaising with the wider company to ensure cost control and processing efficiency
• Collection of overdue fees and credit control
• Managing the relationship with stakeholders
• Monthly payroll processing; timesheet submission, processing for outsourced provider and processing employee changes on systems
• Supporting the management accountant with month end

• Good Excel skills
• Previous experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills
• A 'can do', hands on attitude
