An opportunity has arisen for a Logistics Operator to join our busy manufacturing site in Rawcliffe Bridge, East Yorkshire. Working on days as part of the logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring raw material receipts are checked and stored appropriately.You will be compliant, with good manufacturing practice and adhere to health and safety guidelines. A function of this role is to ensure the essential supply of sample stocks to our sample department team for despatch to new and existing customers.

Essentials:
- You will be able to work well as part of a team, communicating well with others, while adhering to procedure and deadlines
- You will have a good level of attention to detail
- Some knowledge of computerised warehouse management systems
- You will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent and be computer literate
Desirables:
- You will have a background in a chemical manufacture / logistics environment
- Experience of driving forklift trucks is also desirable
- Knowledge of SAP processes and Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) legislation would also be an advantage
