You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of non-contentious Insolvency matters, acting for Insolvency Practitioners, Directors and Companies.

Ideally your skills and experience should include:

• Qualified Solicitor, 6+ years pqe
• Dealing with of a wide range of Insolvency matters
• Overseeing the work of Junior colleagues including Paralegals and Trainees
• Marketing and business development

As an Insolvency Solicitor, you will need to be able to demonstrate a solid technical understanding of Insolvency law which should be combined with good academics.
