Solicitor (Residential Property)

We are looking for a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Private Property team in our Romsey office. This role offers a wonderful opportunity to join an inclusive and friendly team, working with a wide variety of clients. It is anticipated that you will have demonstrable experience of managing your own residential caseload and be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. Day to day, you will have varied matters, including work such as:

Running freehold sales independently
Assisting on transfer of equity matters
Taking instructions from our Succession and Tax Team
Taking instructions from Councils in respect of buy-backs
Dealing with First Registration matters
Taking instructions from our Family Team
Assisting on HNW matters
Involvement in Business Development and Networking
