As an Operations Manager you will be responsible for the management and delivery of statutory justice services and programme delivery including Throughcare from prison; Caledonian Systems and the Specialist Assessment and Intervention Team (SAIT) which delivers the MFMC programme.We are particularly interested to have applications from people who have a strong background in MAPPA and the management of those that pose a risk of serious harm, to support our vision to create a dedicated MAPPA/MAPP’s team over the next 18 months.
The roles will require supervision and line management of Team Leaders and Senior Practitioners within the teams you manage.
Duties include ensuring Justice Services provide high quality services reflecting social work values and council policy and in accordance with National Standards, Statutory requirements and legislation. The post has a focus on driving forward our commitment to performance management, quality assurance and self evaluation.We welcome applicants who have had management experience in Justice Social Work and interested in advancing their career and taking a key role in implementing our Justice Service Re-design.
