E Junior Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a client for an experienced Outbound Telesales Executive to join a growing business on a part-time fixed-term basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced telesales professional who enjoys the challenge of generating interest and creating opportunities from a completely cold audience.
Working remotely, you will contact prospective customers from a supplied database with the aim of introducing the service, generating interest and securing registrations for educational webinars.
This is not a customer service role and it is not a role focused on warm leads. The majority of your time will be spent making outbound cold calls to individuals who have not previously heard of the business.
The Role
As an Outbound Telesales Executive, your primary objective will be to generate interest from prospective customers and secure registrations for educational webinars.
You will be responsible for introducing the service, identifying potential interest, handling initial questions and creating opportunities for the Account Management team to further nurture and educate prospects.
Key Responsibilities- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective customers.
- Introduce the service and generate initial interest.
- Encourage prospects to register for educational webinars.
- Send brochures and supporting information to interested prospects.
- Record outcomes and maintain accurate records.
- Pass qualified prospects to the Account Management team.
- Test and refine different approaches to maximise engagement and webinar registrations.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous telesales, outbound sales, appointment setting or lead generation experience.
- Is comfortable making outbound cold calls.
- Can confidently start conversations with people who have never heard of the service being offered.
- Is resilient and positive when dealing with rejection.
- Is self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Enjoys testing new ideas and refining their approach.
- Has excellent verbal communication skills.

Previous telesales experience is preferred but not essential. We are particularly interested in confident communicators who are comfortable speaking with new people and can demonstrate initiative when generating interest and engagement.

Success in this role will be measured by:
- Number of conversations held.
- Number of interested prospects generated.
- Number of webinar registrations secured.
- Number of webinar attendees generated.
- Quality of leads passed to the Account Management team.
