An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Partnerships Compliance Administrator to join our Partnerships Team reporting to our Partnerships Manager. We are a friendly, high performing Team within the group, working with external Subcontractors to provide education and training programmes to progress individuals into employment.

As Partnerships Compliance Administrator with Etc. you will be responsible for a full and varied range of administrative support tasks, including compliance checking and processing of enrolment and achievement paperwork in line with funding agency rules.
You will utilise your telephone and communications skills taking referrals and assisting in the recruitment of learners to subcontracted courses whilst maintaining databases and spreadsheets as required by the Partnerships Manager. In addition to this, you will gain the experience of assisting in internal and external subcontracting funding audits and also develop working relationships with referral agencies, subcontractors and relevant Etc.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent IT and problem solving skills and be flexible and responsive with the ability to manage a varied workload whilst ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. The candidate must be willing to learn and develop within the role.
