As a Business Development Executive - Account Manager at Credas, you will play a crucial role where your primary responsibilities will include hot/warm calling, retaining and growing existing business, and achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities
- Contacting medium size clients to promote our company products
- Provide demo’s and upsell allowing you to retain, renew and grow existing client relationships.
- Achieve monthly to contribute to the company's growth and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and achievements to the management team (with the aid of our Hub Spot CRM tool).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Be highly organised and self-motivated.
- Be comfortable working in a process-driven environment.
- Analytical skills
Nice to have:
- Account management skills (2 Years minimum sales experience)
- Background in the following: estate agency, legal, conveyancing and/or recruitment
