Student Voice, Welfare and Enrichment Lead

Student Services are looking for maternity cover for a Student Voice, Welfare & Enrichment Lead.

The role is line managing a wider variety of support staff across several campuses. Strong digital skills are required and you will also be expected to support the team to support students with pastoral, personal and emotional issues.

Part of the remit is to be able to demonstrate the impact of the service you provide through qualitative measures as well as liaising with external agencies and curriculum staff to develop and promote the enrichment programme and student voice

Minimum qual - i.e. relevant degree, PGCE or working towards together with GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent).
