About the job you're considering

As a Capgemini Architect you will be working closely with one of our prestigious public sector clients. As a member of the Architecture practice in this market unit, you will be a part of a 150-strong team of technology leaders all who play a key role in maintaining architectural good practice across the entire UK business and beyond.

This is a hybrid role, you will be required to travel to our office based in Telford on average 2-3 days per week. This can vary as it's dependent on business needs.

Your role

You’ll work closely with the business to drive forward their business agenda, helping them shape their solutions and deliver business benefit whilst providing the business insight necessary to ensure that the work that we do delights our client and delivers the very best outcomes for them and the people of the UK.

Your skills and experience
  • Intrinsic business and technical knowledge and experience.
  • A background in architectural delivery with a working knowledge of a relevant framework.
  • Excellent Communication skills and the ability to work within diverse teams.
  • Experience of transformations.
  • The ability to coach, lead and manage others.
  • The ability to abstract from complexity and to rapidly understand the client position.

Your security clearence

To be successfully appointed to this role, it is a requirement to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance.
To obtain SC clearance, the successful applicant must have resided continuously within the United Kingdom for the last 5 years, along with other criteria and requirements.
Throughout the recruitment process, you will be asked questions about your security clearance eligibility such as, but not limited to, country of residence and nationality.

Some posts are restricted to sole UK Nationals for security reasons; therefore, you may be asked about your citizenship in the application process.
