Job Description

Receptionist:

  • Manage inbound calls across all areas as the business requires.
  • Answer all calls in a timely, professional manner, meeting established performance standards.
  • Signing visitors in and out, ensuring Health & Safety guidelines.
  • Remaining resilient when dealing with challenging customers and situations.
  • Booking meeting rooms at the head office via Outlook for all the business.
  • Manage all inbound & outbound departments post management and distributing to the relevant departments.
  • Ordering all stationery and stock taking.
  • Ordering lunches and catering.
  • Use CODAS to maintain accurate customer history and information - CRM/ERP knowledge desired.

The Successful Applicant

Receptionist:

  • Previously worked in a Receptionist & Administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Able to handle administrative processes that require accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document and present information effectively.
  • Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems (Codas preferred but not required).
  • Ability to analyse and process data.
  • Customer-facing or service-oriented role, managing interactions professionally.
  • Fast-paced environment, balancing multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality.
