• Identify potential land for acquisition and appraise its suitability for residential development.
• Negotiate and secure the purchase of land for development.
• Work closely with the construction department to ensure smooth transitions from acquisition to development.
• Build and maintain relationships with local authorities, landowners and agents.
• Monitor market trends in the property sector to inform acquisition strategies.
• Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management.
• Manage due diligence process for potential acquisitions.
• Coordinate with legal teams to ensure all legal aspects of land acquisition are handled appropriately.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Land Manager' should have:
