We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and auditing sales calls to ensure a high-quality customer experience, adherence to internal standards, and strict compliance with FCA regulations.This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales of personal income protection insurance meet all necessary regulatory and quality benchmarks.
- Review sales calls from Protection Advisors to ensure compliance and sales standards are met on each call
- Front of house duties
- Working out commission structure
- Running sales reports
- Ensuring data is being inputted into the system correctly
