Your Key Responsibilities:
- Monday to Friday | 8:30am–3:30pm – Enjoy your evenings and weekends free!
- Provide hands-on support in the classroom, helping children with their day-to-day learning.
- Assist the class teacher with lesson prep, resources, and activity set-up.
- Offer tailored 1:1 or small group support to help pupils grasp key concepts.
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and inspiring learning environment.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to connect with children.
- Calm, patient, and ready to take on the day with a smile.
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative school setting.
- Prior experience in schools or childcare is helpful (but not essential!).
- A current DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply (essential!).
- Minimum Grade C/4 in GCSE English and Maths.
