Higher-Level Teaching Assistant | Harrow, HA3 | Full Time | £100-£130 | September Start

You'll also work closely with pupils to monitor progress, assess development, and contribute to planning and delivering engaging learning activities for individuals and small groups.

• Provide 1:1 support and lead group activities for children across both KS1 and KS2.
• Engage with SEN pupils, fostering interaction and participation in learning.
• Assist children with reading, writing, and other academic tasks.
• Support the class teacher with lesson delivery and take the lead during PPA time.
• Plan and deliver learning activities for small groups or full classes as required.

• Minimum of one year's experience working in a school setting.
• HLTA qualification is preferred but not essential.
• Strong understanding of SEN and how to support children with additional needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with both staff and pupils.
• Confident in leading whole class sessions and managing group learning activities.
