Working hours for the Lettings Manager:

• A 5-day working week that offers flexibility and some Saturdays.

The successful Lettings Manager will be offered:

• Strong basic salary between £28,000 - £29,000
• Realistic first-year earnings of £40,000 - £45,000
• Car allowance of £2,500 or a company car.

Responsibilities for the role of the Letting Manager:

• You’ll take full responsibility for the success of your branch, leading your team, managing performance and driving commercial results
• Provide clear direction, support and motivation to help your team achieve targets and deliver outstanding service to landlords and tenants.
• Secure new listings, offer informed advice to landlords and ensure tenants receive a first‑class experience.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market conditions and position yourself as the leading local property specialist.

Lettings Manager Requirements:

• Proven lettings experience with a strong ability to build lasting relationships
• Driven, self‑motivated and confident working in a fast‑paced environment
• Passionate about people and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
• A strong work ethic with dedication to both team success and personal achievement
• Full UK driving licence required
