Job Description- Experience of a range of residential matters is sought including;
- Residential landlord and tenant issues including rent recovery and possession claims.
- Service charge matters including S.20 and related tribunal proceedings.
- Building safety issues (repairing and other obligations, fire safety legislation, service charge issues).
- Enforcement of easements, restrictive covenants and rights of light.
- Disrepair.
- Adverse possession and squatters.
- Transnational support work.
- A strong background within the Legal sector.
- Excellent understanding of real estate litigation.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients.
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple cases at once.
- Strong networking skills within the professional services industry.
- A 12-month contract with a leading firm.
