The West London Children are seeking a dynamic, proactive and highly motivated individual to join the inpatients administrative and clerical team as a ward administrator. You will be an integral member of the team providing effective day-to-day clerical support to facilitate the smooth running of the ward, with scope to develop on rotation in Children’s Outpatient Department.
Our paediatric team provide a wide range of specialist and general services for children and young people. The majority of our services are based at St Mary’s Hospital, which is also home to our paediatric A&E department and paediatric intensive care unit.
We are looking for candidates dedicated to delivering excellent patient experience, who are comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This post is a full time basis of 37.5 hours per week. Please note this post will also require working weekend shifts.
Main duties of the job
To provide effective and efficient clerical and reception support to a designated ward, ensuring that administration processes meet the needs of all service users. This role requires the post-holder to travel between Trust hospitals and flexible weekend working.

Essential criteria- Good educational standard of at least GCSE in English or Maths, or equivalent
Experience
