Our client, a leading organisation based in Crowborough, East Sussex, is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as an IT/Systems and Cyber Security Administrator.If you are passionate about IT and eager to make an impact within a growing business, this could be the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of all IT and telephony systems, managing the infrastructure, servers, network hardware, cloud-based services, external connectivity, and cyber security services.
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to our clients' company users.
- Lead the procurement and strategic planning for IT infrastructure.
- Administer telephony services.

Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems for desktops and servers.
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or similar Microsoft certification.
- Familiarity with network management solutions.
- Experience in helpdesk software and reporting.
- Proficiency in physical network technologies, including the management of switching, routing, and wireless networks.
- Understanding of Cyber Essentials.
