Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead the product support activities to provide exceptional customer service and technical support.
- Manage the escalation of complex customer issues.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications.
- Develop and implement customer support best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with product development teams to suggest improvements or new features.
- Ensure product compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in various global markets.
- Hold product training sessions to educate new salespeople/partners on the relevant technical aspects of the products.
- 2-5 years of experience in product or technical support.
- Proven experience delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
