The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher of Mathematics to join our team. The successful candidate will:
- Deliver high-quality, engaging, and well-structured lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (experience with Key Stage 5 would be advantageous).
- Inspire and motivate students to achieve their best, regardless of their starting point.
- Contribute to the development of the mathematics curriculum and extracurricular opportunities.
- Use assessment effectively to monitor progress and provide targeted support.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued and supported.
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Has a proven track record of delivering excellent outcomes for students at GCSE and A-Level (if applicable)
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of the mathematics curriculum and pedagogical best practices.
- Is committed to their own professional development and eager to contribute to the wider life of the school.
- Possesses excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
