Your Role
Capgemini Financial Services is seeking an experienced a Senior Data Architect / Lead in our Insights and Data practice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the data strategy for our clients in the insurance sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives on solving complex problems and has a deep understanding of the insurance domain, with a specific focus on Guidewire, finance integration, and cloud platforms like Snowflake or AWS.
- Design & Implement Data Architecture: Create robust data solutions for the insurance industry, with a focus on Guidewire, finance integration, and cloud platforms like Snowflake and AWS.
- Leverage Insurance Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of the insurance domain to drive effective data strategies and solutions.
- Cloud & Finance Integration: Lead the integration of financial systems with cloud technologies, ensuring data accuracy, security, and efficiency.
- Guidewire Specialization: Apply your expertise in Guidewire to optimize data management and support business objectives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to translate their needs into practical, data-driven solutions
- Extensive experience as a Data Architect or Lead in the insurance industry.
- Strong expertise in Guidewire, finance integration, Snowflake, and AWS.
- Proven leadership experience with a commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex data requirements into actionable strategies.
