London (Remote & some office based)
£80,000 - £90,000 per annum plus bonus & benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a healthcare division, working as part of a dynamic in-house legal team.
Key Requirements:
- Must be a UK qualified Solicitor with 3 to 9 years PQE.
- Strong background in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.
- Experience in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally including SaaS/IT agreements.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a commercial mindset.
The Role:
As Legal Counsel, you will support the business with a variety of corporate and commercial legal matters, including M&A transactions and general commercial agreements (to include tech). You will play a key role in strategic decision-making, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.
