Project Assistant (Apprenticeship Team)
Location: Hybrid/Croydon
Hours: 36 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
We’re seeking an exceptional Project Assistant who can provide high-level administrative support to the Apprenticeship Team which will include, supporting internal apprentices to progress within their role, updating publicity material, preparation of promotional/presentation materials, standard letters/forms, coding invoices, organising meetings and publicity events and statistical updates, managing the team inbox and online vacancy page, screening candidates and processing CV’s.
In addition to having good numeracy, communication, experience working with Excel spreadsheets, and IT skills, the ideal candidate should have relevant experience working in a similar role, preferably in a social value (or similar) programme.Excellent planning and organisational skills and a methodical approach to work are also required for this role.

This is a hybrid role with a base location at our offices in Croydon. You’ll working from the office at least 1 day per week, subject to business needs. Candidates may also be required to travel to other offices for team meetings and training as required.
