Lab Technician

Shifts: Rotating Weekly:

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Mon-Fri)
• 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri)
• 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Wed-Sun or Sat-Wed)

Are you analytical, IT-savvy, and detail-oriented? Join our team as a Laboratory Technician and help maintain our high standards of quality and food safety. Prior lab experience is not required-just a passion for precision and a proactive attitude.

• Sample Testing: Collect, prepare, and analyse product samples.
• Data Management: Log results in SAP and Excel, report non-conformities.
• Equipment Care: Calibrate and maintain lab instruments.
• Compliance: Ensure all results meet quality and food safety standards.
• Taste Tests: Participate in product sensory evaluations.
• Microbiological Checks: Conduct plating and troubleshoot issues.
• Lab Upkeep: Keep the workspace clean and organised.

• Analytical mindset with strong IT skills (Excel proficiency essential).
