Retail Security Officer | Manchester | Fashion | Up to £27,000

Are you a motivated individual looking to progress your retail security career with a growing brand? Zachary Daniels has partnered exclusively with a leading high street retailer to find a Retail Security Officer to join their team in Manchester City Centre.

This is a full-time position (37.5 hours a week) across 5 days from 10 am - 7 pm. We are looking for someone who enjoys being active and is passionate about the brand and its products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol store premises to ensure safety and security
• Act as a visible deterrent to prevent theft and anti-social behaviour
• Report observations, incidents, and security concerns to the Store Manager
• Address loss prevention issues and implement security measures
• Work alongside the team to ensure stock security
• Deliver excellent customer service and engage with customers as needed
• Handle any challenging situations in a calm and professional manner

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, with strong attention to detail
• Smartly presented (uniform provided)
• Reliable and punctual
• SIA Licence (preferred, but not essential)
• Previous security experience is desirable, but not essential
