A boutique investment firm is looking for a proactive Italian speaking Team PA to support their successful and busy team in the West End. WHAT YOU’LL DO This is a varied and fast paced Team PA role with lots going on, so you’ll be the kind of person who enjoys keeping on their toes and using their initiative!
Typical duties include: Supporting the team with administrative tasks Day-to-day office coordination and management Meeting and greeting guests to the office Processing expenses and raising invoices Assisting with diary management Booking team travel Assist with scheduling conferences and away days Assist with day-to-day office upkeep and maintaining a well-presented office WHO YOU ARE A PA/EA/Team Assistant with proven experience supporting a busy team, strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
