• A minimum of NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant trade
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in a further chosen trade
• Proven and recent experience as a Multi Trade Operative within a construction

• GCSE or equivalent Grade C or above in English Language, Literacy,

• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Willingness to undertake training programmes as deemed necessary by the

• Competent in the use of a range of IT packages
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and be an active part in the team
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines
• Keen to pursue personal development needs and maintain up to date

• A full current UK driving licence and have had at least 6 months driving

• Successful applicants are required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and

enhanced police clearance
