The ODS Group was formed in 2018. It is a LATCO (Local Authority Trading Company) owned by Oxford City Council and run through a Board of Exec and Non-Exec Directors. The group consists of 2 companies, ODS Limited and ODS Trading Limited, the first holds the contract with the Local Authority, delivering key local services including repairs and maintenance of housing, waste and recycling, streets and parks. The Trading Company is being used as a vehicle for an ambitious growth programme. Both companies are based on a strong set of values which revolve around ‘doing good’ for our communities, our people and the environment so it is very much ‘profit for a purpose’ we aim to generate.
