We are searching for a driven and innovative Sales and Growth Lead to spearhead our sales initiatives and drive business growth. This fully remote position is open to candidates based in the UK and requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in sales, marketing, and leadership.As the Sales and Growth Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and expanding our client base, taking the business through the 1-10 growth phase.
A high-performing and ambitious individual to take ownership of sales and customer success. Your primary goal will be to establish and execute a scalable sales strategy, drive outreach and lead generation, and ensure we deliver exceptional customer success to maximize retention and growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and client acquisition
- Lead the sales team by setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and ensuring accountability
- Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create impactful campaigns that align with sales goals
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Provide training and support to team members to enhance their sales skills
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities
- Execute new ways of working, utilising the latest software and models disrupting the sales industry.
- Develop and implement a go-to-market sales strategy to drive revenue growth from 1 to 10.
- Establish and refine effective outbound and inbound lead generation strategies.
- Build and manage a high-converting sales pipeline, ensuring a structured approach to prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
- Ensure new clients onboard smoothly and drive long-term success through ongoing engagement and relationship management.
- Implement sales tools and automation strategies to optimize efficiency and scalability.
- As the function scales, hire, train, and lead a growing sales and customer success team.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging, sales collateral, and overall positioning.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with a track record of driving revenue growth
- Strong understanding of sales strategies, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Experience in leading and mentoring sales teams
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable
- Creative mindset and innovative approach to sales
- Strong network within the industry is a plus
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong understanding of branding and positioning in the marketplace
- Proven track record in a sales or revenue-driving role, ideally in a fast-growing or early-stage company.
- Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and customer success.
- Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop and execute a structured sales approach while being hands-on in closing deals.
- Experience implementing and optimizing CRM tools and sales automation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ambition to build and lead a team.
- Deep understanding of the Freelance/ Fractional Industry - Sales role in this industry preferable but not a pre-requisite.
- £35k - £45k Base Salary
- OTE £70-100K.
- Fully remote work
