Key Responsibilities as a SEN Learning Support Assistant:- Provide tailored support to students with special educational needs, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Assist with implementing personalised learning plans in line with students' educational and care needs.
- Encourage and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential, promoting independence and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to deliver effective support and maintain a structured classroom environment.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress, contributing to their development and well-being.

SEN Learning Support Assistant Skills & Requirements:- Previous experience supporting students with special educational needs is highly desirable.
- A compassionate, patient, and understanding approach to working with children.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A commitment to safeguarding, equality, and promoting the welfare of young people.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply for one).
- Must be able to commute to near Borehamwood, Hertfordshire.
