As Technical Business Analyst you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translating these into detailed specifications for the development team.

Based in our Wellingborough head office, you have the flexibility to work from home two days per week. Hours of work are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
What you will do- Engage with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Identify and propose improvements for current business processes.
- Develop detailed technical specifications for the development team.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design and implement solutions.
- Facilitate clear communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Coordinate testing and provide training and support to end-users.
- At least 5 years as a technical business analyst role within the financial services or technology industries.
- Salesforce experience.
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, and of API specifications and testing.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Experience with Alfa.
