Salary: £28,000, ability to increase to £40,000 within the first year, + A Company Car, iPad, iPhone, Fuel Card, Uncapped commission - OTE £12,000, top performing OTE £60,000.
Location: Field basedHours: 40 hours - flexible in timings

You must have a full UK driving licence to be suitable for this role. This role requires regular travel across the UK, staying away from home Monday - Friday in fully paid for accommodation for 50% of the year.

- Team and individual incentives
- Engage with your clients employees at their pre-booked workplaces, to offer benefits packages and available insurance products to individual employees.
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are reached in line with company expectations.
- Ensure smooth and complete registration of customers to products
- Ensure high levels of customer engagement to clients and their employees throughout product roll out.
- Confident and outgoing, with a passion for meeting new people
- Full UK driving license and the ability to travel with ease
- Self-motivated with strong personal integrity
- Enthusiastic about sales and eager to make an impact
- Excellent story telling experience and used to objection handling
