Requirements
We are seeking a dedicated Administration Officer to manage the operational aspects of our programme administration and student registry. Based at ICMP Kilburn, you will oversee the student helpdesk and programme administration team, ensuring excellent customer service support to both students and staff.You will be a key liaison between students, teaching staff, and various departments to ensure that all enquiries and processes are managed smoothly and professionally.
The role involves managing a team of Programme Administrators and Student Advisers, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring all administrative systems are up to date. Your responsibilities will include managing student records, monitoring attendance, and overseeing the organisation of key events such as graduation ceremonies.With prior experience in higher education administration and strong leadership skills, you will help ensure the smooth operation of our student and academic support functions.
