Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team at our Stirling Branch. As the Floor Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and upholding our reputation for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising the front-of-house staff, host/hostess team, and servers.
Provide leadership and guidance to the service team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Ensure that service standards and guest expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Act as a point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain high levels of service quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Oversee the reservation system and table assignments, optimizing table turnover and seating efficiency.
Monitor and manage inventory of restaurant supplies, including tableware, linens, and service equipment.
Conduct regular training sessions for the front-of-house staff to enhance their product knowledge and service skills.
Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
Maintain a strong understanding of the restaurant's menu, including wine and beverage offerings, to assist guests with their selections.
Implement and uphold health and safety regulations, food safety protocols, and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the marketing and promotions team to plan and execute special events and promotions.

Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability, and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Floor Manager, Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant or fine dining establishment.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle guest complaints and service challenges gracefully.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Proficiency in reservation management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
A commitment to upholding high standards of service and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Familiarity with wine and beverage service, including the ability to recommend and pair wines with meals.
Understanding of health and safety regulations and food safety practices.
