This Learning Support Assistant role is available immediately, and no prior qualifications are necessary as comprehensive induction and training will be provided. You'll be joining a Special Educational Needs school where you'll work closely on a 1:1 basis with learners who require additional support, including those who may present challenging behavior at times.

As a Learning Support Assistant, ideal candidates will:

• While previous educational experience is not mandatory, a strong desire to develop a career in this field would be beneficial.
